End of year

We are reflecting on our year in Room 1 in 2019. We are looking at all the fun things we have done and everything that we have learnt.

Pygmy Seahorse

We have been learning how to take notes and then using our notes to write and information report.

Pygmy Seahorse Pygmy Seahorse are the smallest seahorses in the world.They are usually 2cm big. They camouflage to hide from predators. Baby seahorse grow texture on them called tubercles to match the corral. There camouflage is critical and scientist from the Academy of science in San Francisco went to the Philippines and found Pygmy Seahorses And rushed them back to the academy. Baby pygmy seahorses pop out of there dad’s brood pouch. Baby pygmy seahorses start at a dull brown colour. Pygmy seahorses don’t search for a sea fan that matches their colour they change colour.
